Skinny Pig has been operating since 2021. So whilst we are still relatively new we have many happy customers, new and returning, who vouch for our product quality and service.
If you wish to return an item you can arrange the return yourself or we can arrange collection by a courier on your behalf. The postage cost of returning an item will be deducted from your refund.
We don't have a phone number as we run Skinny Pig alongside our young families and other jobs so we are not able to answer the phone at all times. However, we are very responsive on email and can assist you in this way. If you specifically want to talk to us we can call you if you send us your number.

We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days but more often than not this is within 2 days. If we are unable to ship within 1 week we will contact you.
We mostly use Royal Mail's 2nd class service but in some instances we may use an alternative carrier if the parcel is too large or heavy for Royal Mail.
If you need your item/s more quickly please contact us, we may be able to assist but you will need to cover the additional postage costs.
